700–720 W High-Power TOPCon

Designed for Utility-Scale Solar Power Plants
Bifacial Double Glass

For large ground-mounted solar projects, PAYA Energy Nora offers high-power N-type TOPCon bifacial modules in the 700–720 W class.

Higher module power can reduce the number of modules required for a given DC capacity and may contribute to optimization of mounting structures, cabling, installation labor and balance-of-system design.

Final module selection should always be based on complete project engineering, including site conditions, inverter architecture, string configuration, structural design and project economics.

Recommended Applications

  • Utility-scale solar power plants
  • Large renewable-energy developments
  • IPP (Independent Power Producer) projects
  • Solar + BESS hybrid projects
  • High-capacity industrial solar plants
  • Projects requiring optimized DC-side economics

Why N-Type TOPCon?

N-type TOPCon technology provides a strong combination of high efficiency, lower degradation and improved performance under elevated temperatures and low-light conditions.

For project developers and investors, module selection should not be based solely on nominal wattage. Long-term yield, degradation profile, temperature coefficient, bifacial performance, warranty structure, system compatibility and manufacturer bankability must also be considered. PAYA Energy Nora evaluates these parameters as part of the equipment-selection process.

Design Innovation

Full-Screen Anti-Dust Technology

Conventional framed PV modules may accumulate dust, water and contaminants along the lower edge of the module. Full-Screen module architecture is designed to reduce this accumulation and support easier natural drainage.

For projects in dusty and dry environments, including many regions of Iran and the Middle East, reduced soiling accumulation may provide an important operational advantage. Actual energy-yield improvement depends on site conditions, installation angle, cleaning strategy, climate and system design.

Engineering Approach

Project-Specific Module Selection

There is no single PV module that is optimal for every project. The objective is to select the module configuration that delivers the most appropriate technical and economic performance for each specific facility.

PAYA Energy Nora evaluates module selection according to:

Project capacity
Location and climate
Solar irradiation
Ambient temperature
Dust and soiling conditions
Land & Roof availability
Inverter configuration
DC/AC ratio
Bifacial potential
Mounting structure
Transportation and logistics
Warranty requirements
CAPEX and lifetime energy yield

Quality, Standards & Bankability

Modules proposed for PAYA Energy Nora projects are evaluated against relevant international requirements and project-specific technical criteria.

Typical evaluation areas include IEC module safety and performance standards, quality-management systems, environmental qualifications, mechanical loading, PID resistance, temperature performance, degradation warranties and long-term manufacturer support.

Final certifications and technical parameters must always be confirmed against the applicable manufacturer datasheet for the selected model.

Solar + BESS Integration

For projects combining photovoltaic generation with Battery Energy Storage Systems, module selection forms part of the overall energy-system architecture.

PAYA Energy Nora can coordinate PV modules, inverters, hybrid inverter solutions and BESS technologies as an integrated equipment package according to project requirements.
